In this writ petition, the petitioner assail the action of the 5th respondent in refusing to register the document presented by him in respect of the land in Sy.No.348/7, admeasuring Ac.0-59 cents situated at Rapthadu Village & Mandal, Anantapur District, and in insisting to get NOC from the revenue authorities as illegal and arbitrary and for issuance of appropriate consequential directions.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the subject matter involved in this writ petition is squarely covered by the decision of this Court in WP No.8541 of 2015 and batch, dated 29-01-2016. This submission of the learned counsel is not disputed by the learned Asst. Government Pleader for Revenue.

In the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of and following the reasons stated in the order passed in WP No.8541 of 2015, dated 29-01-2016. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this case shall also stand disposed of. A copy of the order in WP No.8541 of 2015 be annexed with this order.
