HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.10005 of 2012 ORDER:

This writ petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner seeking to call for the records in Crime No.3351/ 2011/ CPD/ T3, dated 01.03.2012, from the 2nd respondent and quash the same, and consequently direct the respondents to consider the application of the petitioner in Form-1A, dated 25.03.2011k and grant prior clearance to give 2B Bar licence in the name and style of M/ s.Blue fox Restaurant and Bar, Railway Station Road, Gudur, Nellore District.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is informed by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the subject matter of this writ petition does not survive for adjudication since the application filed for grant of prior clearance for establishment of Bar pertains to the year 2011 only and hence, the writ petition has become infructuous. Recording the above, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
