THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITOIN No.12629 of 2019 ORDER:

The petitioner was assigned an extent of Acs.10.00 gts., of land in Sy. No.382/3/2 of Narayanapuram Village, Aswaraopet Mandal, Bhadadri Kothagudem District.

After making elaborate submissions, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail the remedy under Section 16 (C) of the Andhra Pradesh (Telangana Area) Land Revenue Act, 1317 Fasli. Granting the said liberty, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The interim order, granted earlier, shall stand dissolved. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand dismissed.
