THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.19208 OF 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents 3 and 4 in harassing the petitioner under the guise of investigation in Crime No.76 of 2016 pending on the file of Chaderghat Police Station. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that petitioner (A2) along with Accused No.1 filed Criminal Petition No.7415 of 2016 under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash FIR.No.76/2016 and the said criminal petition was disposed of by this Court on 03.06.2016 directing the respondent police to proceed with the investigation without arresting Accused Nos.1 to 3 and further directed Accused Nos.1 to 3 to appear before the investigating agency as and when required and cooperate with the investigating agency. The other allegations of the petitioner that the respondents are harassing him under the guise of investigation were denied.

Recording the aforesaid instructions of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
