This writ petition is being disposed of at the admission stage with the consent of both the parties.

The writ petition is filed with the following prayer: "... the Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ Order or direction particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondent No.2 in not revising the Pension and sending revised proposals to the Accountant General, A.P. and Telangana for enhancement of Pension to enable the writ petitioner for withdrawal of difference amounts of Pension Gratuity and Commuted value of the pension as arbitrary illegal and direct the Respondent No.2 to send the revised proposals to the Accountant General, A.P. and Telangana for enhancement of Pension and Pensionary benefits consequently direct the Respondent No.2 to issue necessary orders/ proceedings for encashment of Earned Leave and pass ..."

Heard Mr. T. Vijay Hanuman Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents.

Petitioner contends that he has retired in the cadre of Deputy Collector on 30.06.2014 and the second respondent is not submitting the proposals to the Accountant General, A.P. and Telangana for enhancement of pension to enable the petitioner to withdraw the difference amount of pension, gratuity and commuted value of the pension. He further submits that he has submitted representations to the second respondent dated 18.05.2017 and 22.11.2018 requesting the second respondent to submit necessary proposals to the

Accountant General, A.P. and Telangana but the second respondent is not forwarding the said proposals.

Therefore, the counsel for the petitioner would submit that appropriate orders be passed in the writ petition directing the respondents to consider the representations submitted by the petitioner on 18.05.2017 and 22.11.2018 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

Learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the case of the petitioner would be considered and appropriate orders would be passed on the representations submitted by the petitioner.

This Court, having considered the rival submissions made by both parties, is of the considered view that the writ petition can be disposed of by directing the respondents to consider the representations dated 18.05.2017 and 22.11.2018 submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above observations, the writ petition is disposed of. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall also stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
