THE HON'BLE SHRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI AND THE HON'BLE SHRI JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR JUKANTI CONTEMPT CASE No.12O2 OF 2023 ORDER: (Per Ar:S,t) This Contempt Case, under Sections l0 to 12 oFthe Contempt of Courts Act, 1977, is filed by the petitioner seeking to punish the respondent for willful violation of the order, dated 28.04.2022, passed by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2022 in W.A.No.62l of 2021 2.

Heard Sri 14. Srikanth, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri M. Ram Gopal Rao, Iearned Standing Counsel for Telangana State Public Service Commission, appearing for the respondent. 3.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel appearing For the respondent has informed the Court that in t \ terms of the order, dated 28.04.2022, passed by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2022 in W.A.No.62t of 202L, the case of the petitioner was t considered and rejected vide Memo, daled 26.07.2022. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner had contended that the rejection order is not in consonance with the order passed by this Court. The respondent has not considered the case oF the petitioner in terms of the Rules relating to Telangana Tribal Welfare Residential Educational Institutions Society (Gurukulam). This Court has

specifically directed the respondent to consider the case oF the petitioner in terms of the said Rules.

This Court, having considered the rival submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, is of the considered view that the respondent has considered the case of the petitioner and rejected the same vide Memo, dated 26.07.2022. Therefore, this Court is of the view that the order, dated 28.04.2022, passed by this Court has been complied with.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the Memo, dated 26.07.2022, in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Contempt Case sha ll stand closed.
