HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No.1048 OF 2015 O R D E R :

This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of the order dated 20.03.2014 passed by this Court in WP.No.8262 of 2014, wherein this Court ordered Status Quo as on that date.

The case of the petitioner is that this court passed Status Quo order on 20.03.2014 and the same was extended from time to time i.e. on 25.03.2014 for a period of four weeks and on 23.04.2014 till 25.06.2014 and on 25.06.2015 until further orders. The grievance of the petitioner is that inspite of status quo order the respondent has granted permission for de-silting of tank, and as such the respondent has violated the orders of this Court.

Now, the learned counsels appearing for both sides stated that the permission is cancelled and status quo is being maintained, as such, Contempt Case can be closed. But, however learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to initiate proceedings as and when respondent violates the orders of this Court. In view of the submission made by both the parties, the Contempt Case is closed granting liberty as prayed for by the petitioner. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any pending shall stand closed.
