According to the first petitioner, her husband was pattadar and in possession of agricultural land admeasuring Acs.16.26 guntas, Acs.16.00 guntas and Acs.17.50 guntas in Survey Nos.4/1, 10/1 and 5/1, situated at Chalamala village, Charla Mandal, Bhadradri Kothagudem District. According to the first petitioner, after the death of her husband, she succeeded the properties and as she was blessed with two daughters, the property was divided between the three petitioners. The first petitioner has land in Survey No.4/1 to an extent of Acs.16.25 guntas, the second petitioner has land in Survey No.5/1 to an extent of Acs.17.50 guntas and the third petitioner has land in Survey No.10/1 in an extent of Acs.16.00 guntas. The petitioners were granted pattadar pass books.

In the recent exercise undertaken by the State of Telangana, new pass books were issued. However, the petitioners were not granted new pass books. Having come to know the same, the first petitioner made a representation to issue new pass books. Alleging inaction on the said representation, this Writ Petition is filed. A copy of the representation, dated 23.05.2018, is enclosed as Ex.P1 at page No.10.

Having regard to the above, without expressing opinion on merits, the present Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Tahsildar - respondent No.4 to consider the request of the first petitioner in her representation, dated 23.05.2018, regarding issuance of new pass books and title deeds and pass orders as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
