HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.V.SESHA SAI W .P.No.1 0 4 1 7 2 0 1 8 ORDER: - When the matter is taken up, the written instructions furnished by the District Collector & Chairman, DRDA, Mahabubnagar, are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader. The said instructions to the extent of relevance to the present Writ Petition read as under: - "Further, it is to inform that, it is clearly mentioned in the proceedings No.D7/ MGNREGS/ 234/ 2017, dt.12.03.2018 that the execution of the above works is entrusted to the Executive Engineer, PR Division, Narayanpet with directions to follow the instructions in accordance with the MGNREGS and convergence grant guidelines issued in G.O.Rt.No.761, Dt.08.12.2017 and in Lr.No.4302/ EGS/ AEE/ PE/ 2017, dt.13.12.2017, as communicated by the Commissioner, PR&RD, Hyderabad, and other executive guidelines.

It is also mentioned that the prior approval of Grama Sabhas of Grampanchayats also to be obtained with required information under the Act before according technical sanction by the competent authority in respect of execution of works at Para (5) of the proceedings." In view of the above instructions, the Writ Petition is disposed of, by placing on record the above said written instructions.
