CVNR, J & GSP, J WP.No.29455 of 2016 Dt: 01.09.2016 Order: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed with the grievance that respondent No.1- Mediation and Arbitration Center has not been furnishing certified copy of the Memorandum of Compromise, dated 11-07-2016, entered into between the petitioner and respondent No.2.

We have summoned the Deputy Director of respondent No.1 and ascertained from him the reason for not furnishing the certified copy. He has submitted that respondent No.1 does not have the machinery to furnish certified copy; that if the party files an application before the Court attached to respondent No.1, the file will be sent to the said Court to enable the latter to furnish a certified copy without any loss of time; and that the learned Counsel for the petitioner was informed of this procedure. He has assured that if the petitioner files a copy application in the High Court Registry, the certified copy will be immediately supplied to the petitioner. In the light of the above, the Writ Petition is closed by permitting the petitioner to make an application for certified copy.

CVNR, J & GSP, J WP.No.29455 of 2016 Dt: 01.09.2016 As a sequel to closure of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.36464 of 2016, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
