Learned Assistant public prosecutor on instructions would submit that the CC quashing of which present Crimina-l Petition is filed, settled in Lok Adalat vide order dated 25.01.2021 , as such, the cause in this Criminal petition does not survive for adjudication and the same has become infructuous.

Recording the aforesaid submission, the Crimina-l petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
