THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.4726 OF 2012 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure (Cr.P.C) by the petitioners/A.1 to A.4 seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.35 of 2012 of P.S., Undi, West Godavari District, registered for the offence under Section 498-A, 307, 341, 355, 326 and 323 IPC read with Section 34 IPC.

Perused the material available on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioners is absent and there is no representation.

The case is pending from 2012 and there is an interim order by this Court directing the first respondent not to arrest the petitioner. It is also evident from the record that the de facto complainant/second respondent died. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, the criminal petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to complete the investigation without arresting the petitioners, if the same in not completed as per the interim orders of this Court, and file final report, if any, in accordance with law.
