HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R. SUBHASH REDDY And HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA WRIT PETITION No.35441 of 2015 ORDER : (Per Justice R.Subhash Reddy) This writ petition is filed seeking to direct respondent No.1 to adjudicate F.A.S.R.No.1366 of 2015, which is filed questioning the order, dated 26.02.2015, passed by the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Ranga Reddy District, in C.C.No.178 of 2012.

While issuing notice before admission, this Court, by order, dated 30.10.2015, granted interim stay on condition of the petitioner depositing an amount of Rs.1,25,000/- in addition to Rs.25,000/- already deposited before the State Commission.

When the matter is taken up, it is represented by the learned counsel for petitioner that the State Commission is now functioning and hence, requested to dispose of the writ petition permitting the petitioner to pursue the appeal.

As much as the petitioner has already deposited Rs.1,25,000/-, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition directing the 1st respondent-State Commission to consider the appeal pending in F.A.S.R.No.1366 of 2015 on merits and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible by passing final

orders. The 3rd respondent-Forum shall not take any further steps for enforcement of the orders passed in C.C.No.178 of 2012. With regard to withdrawal of amount deposited, it is open for respondent No.4 to file appropriate application before the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Ranga Reddy.

Subject to the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
