Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondents. 2.

It is stated by counsel on both sides that the issue raised in this Writ Petition is covered by the order dt.07-06-2017 in W.P.No.17770 of 2017.

Therefore for the reasons alike, this Writ Petition is allowed directing the respondents to follow G.O.Ms.No.3 dt.08-01-2015, as amended by G.O.Ms.No.15, Industries and Commerce (Mines-I) Department dt.19-02-2015, and take further action within a period one week from the date of receipt of order of the order. No costs. 4.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
