THE HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI KALYAN JYOTI SENGUPTA AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 7739 of 2015 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Sri Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta) It is submitted by the learned counsel for the 2nd respondent that her client will pass a speaking order on the revision petition filed by the petitioner and without disposal of the same, no coercive measures will be taken.

Accepting the submission of the learned counsel we direct the revising authority to dispose of the petitioner's revision petition within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order with reasoned order. Till such decision is taken, no recovery proceedings shall be resorted to.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
