ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the action of respondents 2 to 4 in issuing Tender Notice dated 21.12.2016 inviting sealed tenders for supply of Man Power to 06 New TTWR Schools for the year 2016-17 situated at Bhadradri-Kothagudem District and Khammam District, as arbitrary and illegal. As per the tender notice, the last date for submission of sealed tenders was 31.12.2016 and opening of sealed tenders was 3.1.2017.

No interim order was granted in this writ petition. In view of lapse of time, nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
