This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare the action of the respondents, in trying to demolish the Water Service Station constructed by the petitioners over their land in Survey No.109/11 of Papampet Village within the Municipal limits of Anantapuram District, as illegal and arbitrary. This Court, on 26-10-2015, adjourned the case to today, at the request of Mr.G.Seshadri, learned Counsel for respondent Nos.3 and 4.

Today, the learned Counsel for the said respondents submitted that Papampet Village falls under A.Narayanapuram Gram Panchayat and that respondent Nos.3 and 4 have nothing to do with the lands situated in the said Village. He has further submitted that respondent Nos.3 and 4 are not, in any manner, involved in laying the alleged road.

In the light of the above submissions of the learned Counsel for respondent Nos.3 and 4, which are placed on record, no further adjudication of the Writ Petition is necessary and the same is disposed of accordingly.

As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.44280 of 2015, filed by the petitioners for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
