O R D E R

Challenging the divorce certificate No.217 dated 30.03.2019 issued by the 3rd respondent - Telangana State Wakf Board, represented by its Chief Executive Officer, in certifying that a divorce has taken effect between the 5th respondent herein, who is the husband and the petitioner, who is his wife, the present writ petition has been filed.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner - wife, and the 5th respondent - husband, submitted in consonance that both husband and wife are living together and hence the impugned divorce certificate may be set aside. Heard the learned Government Pleader for Minorities Welfare for respondents 1 and 2 and Sri M.A.Mujeeb, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent - Wakf Board.

Having regard to the submission made by learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the private respondent No.5, the impugned divorce certificate issued by the 3rd respondent is set aside and the writ petition is accordingly allowed.

Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
