Sri S.M. Subhan, learned counsel for the petitioner has circulated the letter dated 06.03.2018 to the Registry to list the Writ Petition under the caption 'for withdrawal', as his client wants to pursue the case before the authorities concerned. Hence, it is listed today.

The learned counsel is permitted to withdraw the Writ Petition and it is accordingly, dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the interim order dated 16.09.2013 shall automatically stand dissolved.
