Sri Tadi Nageswara Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the matter between the petitioners and the unofficial respondent has been compromised. Sri K.R. Sinivas, learned counsel for the un-official respondent (R.5) filed additional material papers to show that there was compromise between the petitioners and the unofficial respondent. Both the counsel stated that no orders are necessary in the matter.
