THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.30524 OF 2017 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

This writ petition is filed challenging the show cause notice dated 13.07.2017 issued to the petitioner under Sub Section (6) of Section 249 of the Andhra Pradesh Panchayat Raj Act, 1994, with regard to alleged misuse of Gram Panchayat funds for an amount of Rs.5,41,875/-. Though the writ petition is filed challenging the show cause notice, dated 13.07.2017, when the writ petition is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner submitted an explanation to the show cause notice on 18.09.2017 and in view of the same, the second respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of thirty days from today.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of without going into the merits of the case. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
