ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been absorbed in the respondent-Bank as sub-staff.

In that view of the matter, if the petitioner was already absorbed, his services shall not be disturbed. However, if the petitioner was not absorbed, it is always open for him to pursue his remedies before appropriate forum. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
