Heard the learned counsel for petitioners and Sri S.D. Gowd, learned Standing counsel for 2nd respondent.

Learned Standing Counsel for 2nd respondent has stated on instructions that the tenders for supply of Man Power for Maintenance of Sanitation for all Circles in Ananthapuramu Municipal Corporation for the year 2018-19 vide Tender Notice No.471/2017-18/General Funds/TO, Tender ID No.181859 issued by 2nd respondent are being cancelled and fresh tenders would be notified duly following reservation as per G.O.Ms.No.30 MA, dt.18-06-2000. 3.

In this view of the matter, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
