THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION No. 3245 of 2022 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. is filed by petitioner/accused Nos.1 & 4 seeking bail in the event of their arrest in connection with Crime No. 59/2022 on the file of Sangareddy town Police Station, Sangareddy District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 324, 326 r/w.34 of IPC.

The allegation against the petitioners is that they have stopped the son of defacto complainant and his friends and a quarrel ensued between them. It is further alleged that these petitioners injured the sons of defacto complainant. 3.

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor states that the injuries are simple in nature and the elder son of defecto complainant was treated as an out-patient.

The petitioners being students and since there are no grave injuries or on any vital parts of the body, the petitioners can be released on bail subject to the following terms and conditions:

1) The petitioners/ accused Nos.1 & 4 are directed to surrender before the Station House Officer, Sangareddy Town Police Station, Sangareddy district, and on such surrender, the said Station House Officer shall release the petitioners/ accused Nod.1 & 4 on bail on their executing a personal bond to the tune of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) each with two sureties to the like sum each to his satisfaction.

2) The petitioners/ accused No.1 & 4 shall abide by the other conditions stipulated in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C and co-operate with the Investigating Officer in investigating the case.

3) The petitioners/accused No.1 & 4 shall appear before the concerned police station on every Wednesday for a period of two months.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
