HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT COMPANY PETITION No.375 OF 2016 ORDER:

Mr.A.Krishnam Raju, on instructions, submits that the respondent-company has issued post dated cheques for discharging the admitted amount to petitioner. Mr.V.S.Raju does not dispute the receipt of post dated cheques. The petitioner does not press the company petition for the present and seeks liberty to revive the company petition in the event of respondent committing default in honouring any one of the cheques issued for discharging the subject admitted debt. The company petition is, accordingly, closed by granting the liberty as prayed. No costs.
