THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U. DURGA PRASAD RAO Crl.P.No.3816 of 2018

ORDER

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., by the petitioner/accused seeking to quash the proceedings against him in C.C.No.576 of 2011 on the file of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Huzurabad, registered for the offences under Sections 409 and 420 IPC.

2.

Heard learned counsel for petitioner/accused. 3.

When the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for petitioner would fairly submit that he is not seeking for quashment of the proceedings, rather, he seeks for dispensation of the attendance of the petitioner before the trial Court in view of his old age. 4.

In view of the submission of the learned counsel for petitioner, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the trial Court and move an appropriate application seeking dispensation of his attendance showing the grounds, in which case, the trial Court shall pass appropriate order, on merits, on the same day. 5.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel there to, miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
