SAIFULLAH, Advocate for the Petitioner and of PUBLIC PROSECUTOR (TG), for the Respondent, Court made the following ORDER:

Heard both sides.

It is brought to the notice of this Court that the bail granted to the petitioner/accused vide order, dated O4.O4.2O18, in Crl,P,No.3806 of 2018, was cancelled long back.

In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication iu this petition.

Hence, the petition is dismissed.
