THE HONB'E SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KONDANDA RAM COMPANY APPLICATION No.1096 OF 2016 IN C.P.No.126 OF 1998 ORDER:

The Official Liquidator, through the instant applicant, under Section 462 of the Companies Act, 1956 read with Rules 306 & 298 of the Company (Court) Rules, 1959, filed the half yearly accounts of M/s. World Wide Pharmaceuticals (India) Limited (In Liquidation) for the period from 1.10.2014 to 31.03.2015 along with the audited report of M/s. Sarathy & Balu, Chartered Accountants, dated 10.02.2016. Heard Sri M. Anil Kumar, learned counsel for the Official Liquidator and perused the details of the audited report. Having regard to the reasons stated in the Company Application and there being no objections, the application is to be ordered.

Accordingly the Company Application is ordered and the accounts and audited report are taken on file.
