THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.10483 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for GHMC, apart from perusing the material on record. The only grievance of the petitioners herein is the inaction on the part of the respondent-GHMC authorities in passing orders on the building permission application bearing No.3/C14/07681, dated 20.06.2017. Earlier, on 27.04.2018, this Court recorded the submission of the learned Standing Counsel that the respondent Nos.2 and 3 would pass orders on the building permission application and communicate the decision to the petitioners herein.

During the course of arguments, it is brought to the notice of this Court that, W.A.No.760 of 2018, filed by one Sri Mohammed Ziaul Hussain, was dismissed by a Division Bench of this Court on 06.07.2018.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondent Nos.2 and 3 to consider the building permission application of the petitioners herein, filed vide No.3/C14/07681, dated 20.06.2017, and pass appropriate orders, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
