THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.9577 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner. The petitioner and another earlier filed W.P.No.43659 of 2016 challenging the action of the third respondent therein in interfering with their personal life and liberty by pressurizing them to handover the hand loan agreement dated 15.05.2015 to the fourth respondent therein and for other relief. This Court disposed of the said Writ Petition directing the third respondent therein not to interfere with the affairs of the petitioners and the fourth respondent therein, more particularly, with the disputes pending between them. However, it was observed that the third respondent therein can register a case if any complaint is lodged against the petitioners for cognizable offence. It appears that the fourth respondent therein, who is the third respondent in this Writ Petition, lodged a complaint on 01.03.2017, pursuant to which Crime No.159 of 2017 was registered by the Police. Now the present Writ Petition is filed challenging registration of the said crime.

Since the Police registered a crime pursuant to the complaint lodged by the third respondent and investigation is in progress, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the same. However, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to follow due process of law. The

miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ________________________________ (A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO, J) 17.03.2017 vs
