When the matter is called for hearing, learned counsel for the appellants reports no instructions. It is also represented that appellant Nos.1 and 2 are no more. In fact, though the same representation was made on 03.07.2015, till date, no steps were taken to bring their legal representatives on record.

2. Hence, the Second Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
