THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.3581 OF 2014 ORDER:

This civil revision petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed challenging the order dated 22.08.2014 in CMA No.14 of 2012 passed by the Senior Civil Judge, Chirala, whereby the learned Senior Civil Judge allowed and set aside the order dated 05.03.2012 in I.A. No.1588 of 2010 in O.S. No.237 of 2010 passed by the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Chirala.

At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the suit was dismissed on 24.10.2017 and hence cause in the revision petition has become infructuous.

Recording the above submission, the civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
