THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.40062 of 2016 ORDER:

Petitioner has questioned in this Writ Petition the proceedings dt.26-10-2016 issued by 3rd respondent placing him under suspension pending enquiry.

The said proceedings mention certain charges/allegations against petitioner relating to discharge of his functions as Inclusive Education Resource Person (IERP).

Heard the learned counsel for petitioner, learned Government Pleader for School Education appearing for 1st respondent and Sri C.Bhaskar, learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.2 to 4. 4.

Though learned counsel for petitioner contended that there is no basis for initiating disciplinary proceedings and place the petitioner under suspension, I am not inclined to go into the said issue since petitioner would have adequate opportunity to defend himself in any disciplinary inquiry conducted against petitioner by respondents. 5.

Therefore, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to complete the inquiry against petitioner on the basis of charges mentioned in the impugned proceedings within four (04) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. 6.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
