THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION No.3998 of 2018 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., is filed by the petitioners/ A.1 to A.3 to extend the time fixed by XIV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, by Order dt. 15.03.2018, for execution of bond for an amount of Rs.10,000/ - in Crl.M.P.No... of 2018 and in fact, the Magistrate directed the petitioners to execute bond on on or before 19.03.2018 and thereafter the petitioners filed an application for extension of time, which was returned with an objection that 'how the petition is maintainable, when the Orders were passed on 15.03.2018 to comply Orders by 19.03.2018'.

Instead of representing the petition and invite an order on merits, the petitioners straight away approached this Court and therefore, it is not a fit case to exercise jurisdiction. However, the petitioners are permitted to re-present the returned petition filed for extension of time and invite an order on merits. If for any reason, the Court did not entertain the petition and pass an order on merits, the petitioners are at liberty to approach this Court.

With the above observation, this Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous Petition, if any pending, in this case, shall stand dismissed.
