THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.16085 of 2011 ORDER:

The present writ petition is filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the third respondent in issuing the proceedings under Ref. No. H/4523/2008 dated 01.09.2009, which was confirmed by the second respondent in Ref.No.B1/1360/2010 dated 21.06.2010 as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the provisions of Andhra Pradesh Land (Conversion of Non-Agriculture purpose) Act, 2006. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the Government Pleader for Revenue that the petitioners have already paid the conversion charges, which fact is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioners. In view of above, this Court is of the view that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand dismissed.
