THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.854 OF 2018 ORDER:

By order, dated 21.09.2017 in W.P.M.P.No.39723 of 2017 in W.P.No.31890 of 2017, the Court directed respondent No.5 to receive and process the deed of conveyance of the subject property subject to petitioners compliance of all the requirements of the Registration Act and the Rules made thereunder without reference to the letter of the Tahsildar, Gadwal, dated 29.12.2011. Alleging willful violation of the said order, this Contempt Case is filed. 2.

In the counter affidavit deposed by Sri B. Suresh, the Sub-Registrar, Gadwal, it is asserted that petitioners have only submitted a representation on 13.11.2017 intimating the orders passed by this Court, but have not submitted any document executed by them. It is also stated that no documents are enclosed to the representation for registration. 3.

This assertion of the respondent - contemnor is not denied by learned counsel for the petitioners.

Having regard to the same, it cannot be said that there is deliberate and willful violation of the order passed by this Court warranting initiation of the contempt proceedings. 5.

The Contempt Case is accordingly closed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
