THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:
ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "...to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction, more in the nature of writ of mandamus to declare the action of the respondents in not announcing the result of the petitioner in respect of the examinations conducted on 23rd, 24th, 26th, and 27th July, 2012 for the subjects viz., Anatomy I, Anatomy II, Physiology I and Physiology II and also the action of the respondents in refusing to receive the supplementary examinations to be conducted in November, 2012, or any other subsequent date(s) as being illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional."
At the hearing, Ms. K. Jaya, learned counsel, representing Mr. M. Viswanatham, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P. No.42510 of 2012 shall stand disposed of as infructuous. _______________________ C.V.
