This criminal petition is filed by the petitioners-accused Nos.1 to 5, under Section 438 of Cr.P.C., to grant pre arrest bail in Crime No.76 of 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, Nandivada Police Station, Krishna District.

At the time of hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of the court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the criminal petition with liberty to avail the remedies available to them under law. Permission is granted.
