This appeal is filed challenging the judgment and decree, dated 26.12.2017, passed in O.S.No.453 of 2012, on the file of the IX Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.

During the pendency of the present appeal, both parties filed I.A.No.3 of 2018 stating that the appellant and the respondents have entered into a compromise on the advice of the elders and well wishers and pray to dispose of the appeal in terms of the compromise. All the counsel are present. The parties are also present. Parties are identified by the learned counsel. Their identity cards are also counter-signed.

On enquiry by the court, both the parties stated that they have voluntarily and willingly entered into compromise. Both parties have admitted the contents and terms and conditions of the compromise. In that view of the matter, I.A.No.3 of 2018 is allowed and the compromise is recorded. Consequently, the appeal is disposed of in terms of the compromise. The memorandum of compromise, dated 12.09.2018, signed by both the learned counsel and the parties shall form part of the decree, whenever the same is issued. No order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
