Learned counsel for the applicant addressed letter, dated 03.9.2019, to the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court stating that the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Arbitration Application in order to have smooth relationship with the respondent in respect of nature of activity.

In view of the same, the Arbitration Application is dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending shall stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
