Gangarami Reddy, learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that subsequent to the filing of Writ Petition, the petitioners have settled the loan account with the respondents-Bank and as such no further orders need be passed in the Writ Petition. In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Counsel for the petitioners, the subject matter of the Writ Petition has become infructuous.

The Writ Petition is therefore dismissed as having become infructuous.

Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in

the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
