THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.1238 of 2014 ORDER:

This criminal petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, is filed by the petitioners-Accused seeking to quash the proceedings in CC No.602 of 2012 on the file of Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Nizamabad. When the matter is taken up for hearing, no representation is made on behalf of the petitioner. The matter pertains to the year 2014. Admittedly, no stay was granted by this Court earlier. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant the relief sought for by the petitioner at this length of time.
