HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT WRIT APPEAL No.107 OF 2016 (WRIT APPEAL (SR).No.155579 of 2015) AND WRIT PETITION No. 20055 of 2015 PC: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) Sri Niranjan Reddy, learned Senior Counsel for the respondent institution/college and writ petitioner in W.P.No.20055 of 2015, on instructions, submits that writ petition itself may be allowed to be withdrawn. He made such prayer since no students under convener quota or management quota are admitted for academic year 2015-2016. Writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn and as a consequence thereof, W.A(SR).No.155579 of 2015 is also disposed of. It is needless to mention that the order impugned in the writ appeal renders ineffective insofar as the respondent institution/college is concerned.
