JUDGMENT:

This appeal arises out of judgment and decree, dated 29.06.2012 in O.S.No.860 of 2010 on the file of learned II Additional Senior Civil Judge, Kakinada, East Godavari District.

Sri N.Ravi Prasad, learned counsel for the appellant, filed a memo of withdrawal, dated 27.04.2015, wherein it is stated that as the respondent is ready to pay permanent alimony to the appellant, his client has instructed him to withdraw the appeal. He has also enclosed a copy of compromise, dated 05.04.2015, entered between the parties.

At the hearing, Sri N.Ravi Prasad, learned counsel for the appellant, while reiterating the aforesaid facts, requested for withdrawal of the appeal.

In the light of the above facts, the request of the learned counsel for the appellant is accepted.
