Sri Ch.Ravi Kumar, learned counsel representing Sri T.S.Praveen Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the subject C.C.No.313 of 2015 was disposed of by the Court below and therefore, cause in the criminal revision case does not survive for adjudication.

Taking the said submission on record, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
