THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.27271 of 2009 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. Petitioner complains against the action of the respondents in not considering representation dated 05.10.2009 submitted by him as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional.

3. On 15.12.2009, this Court passed the following interim order: "There shall be a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 5.10.2009 for absorption either in 2nd respondent organization or any other Government Establishment following due process of law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order."

4. Having regard to the interim order granted on 15.12.2009, no further order is necessary.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
