O R D E R

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that a new G.O superceding the G.O. under challenge in this writ petition has been issued by the Government and petitioner intends to challenge the new G.O. Hence, the learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to file fresh petition challenging the new G.O. Permission to withdraw the writ petition is accorded with liberty as sought for.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Any interim order granted earlier shall stand vacated. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
