Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration appearing for 1st respondent, learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for 2nd respondent and Sri S.Subba Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.3 and 4.

Petitioners' grievance is that petitioners have submitted objections to the Draft Zonal Development Plan notified by 3rd respondent under Section 12 of the A.P. Metropolitan Region and Urban Development Authorities Act, 2016 and that without considering the said objections, respondent Nos.3 and 4 are proceeding further in the matter.

Sri S.Subba Reddy, learned counsel for respondent Nos.3 and 4, states that respondent Nos.3 and 4 will consider petitioners' objections before submitting to 1st respondent its decision for sanctioning of the Zonal Development Plan and also communicate their decision to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent Nos.3 and 4 to consider petitioners' objections before submitting to 1st respondent its decision for sanctioning of the Zonal

MSR,J W.P.No.10507 of 2018 Development Plan and also communicate their decision to the petitioners.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
