When the matter was listed on 04.06.2018, there was no representation for the writ petitioner; and, hence, the matter was directed to be posted on 11.06.2018. On 11.06.2018, there was no representation for both sides. Therefore, the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption "For dismissal." 2.
Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, yet again, there is no representation for the writ petitioner. However, Learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 are present.

In the result, the Writ Petition is dismissed for default, as it appears from the above conduct of the writ petitioner that it is not interested in prosecuting the writ petition.
