HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION NO. 12448 OF 2017 ORDER:

Petitioner claimed that he is entitled to 12 years Special Grade/Stagnation increment and that the same is not paid. Ventilating the grievance of the petitioner, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 17.6.2016 addressed to the Regional Manager of the respondent Corporation (second respondent).

Since the representation dated 17.6.2016 is pending consideration, and so far no orders are passed, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Regional Manager (second respondent) to examine the claim of the petitioner for grant of Special Grade/Stagnation increment and pass orders, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
